Rates


These are our weekly rates for a minimum 3 months lease for both off peak and peak times.

These rates are valid and current as at 15 January 2008, until further notice and are subject to change at any time.

The rate applicable to your lease will be confirmed on your Tenancy Agreement and email confirmation.

Off peak weekly rates - 01st April to 15th October:

 $1,290  weekly

Peak weekly rates - 16th October to 31st March:
 
  $1,550  weekly
 
Mandatory charges are:
-
a Bond of $1500.00, it is charged during the rental period,
it will be refunded at the end of the stay after a satisfactory inspection
-
a Departure Cleaning Fee $170.00.
 
Please enquire about our reduced rates for longer than 3 months lease.
 
Please note that it is mandatory that an inspection of the Apartments gets carried out by the owner or managing agent every Four (4) weeks of stay.

Rates include all charges and utilities for up to 4 people.

Excessive usage will incur additional charges.
 
Rates are in Australian dollars.
